How to attach an E-Twow carrying strap?
Place the carrying strap on the front part of the stem (the long strap down and the short one up)
Pass the strap behind the stem, then insert it into the first loop, the one towards the inside, then pass it through the second loop on the outside.
All you have to do is tighten by pulling the strap and put on the Velcro.
Repeat the operation again with the top strap placed just above the stem clamp.
It's done ! You can now carry your E-Twow scooter horizontally.
