When you want to charge your multifunction external battery, make sure it is turned on so it can be charged!
Always store your multifunction external battery in a dry place at room temperature (20 °C). Be aware that at low temperatures, you can lose up to 50% of its autonomy during use.
Even if you do not use the multifunction external battery, remember to recharge the battery regularly (once a month) to prevent the battery from becoming damaged and losing its autonomy.
On powerful multifunction external battery models, it is recommended to keep the battery level above 35%-40% battery, in order to maintain optimal performance.
It is recommended that you wait approximately 30 minutes to charge your multifunction external battery after turning off your battery. Do not charge it directly after using the external battery to prolong its lifespan.
