Weebot presents the Acton range of electric skateboards
Acton, with its Blink SR , Blink S2 and Blink Qu4tro models , offers lightweight electric skateboards that are very quick to recharge. Easily recognizable with their bright yellow or green wheels, Acton electric skateboards make transportation fun and intuitive. The brand's new Blink range offers compact skates that can be carried everywhere as we have indicated in our review and comparison of Acton electric skateboards .
The origin of the Acton electric skateboard brand
A California -based company selling e-bikes as well as electric scooters and skateboards , Acton is currently represented in over 100 countries around the world. Acton electric skateboards are recognized as being robust and dynamic, thanks to the great expertise in the field of electric mobility by the American company since 2013.
Seeking to do nothing like no other and after having previously offered the lightest electric skateboard in the world with the Blink Board, the Acton company is the only company to have a 4WD electric skateboard with the Blink Qu4tro.
Acton Blink SR and S2
Combining an old school handcrafted design with innovative technologies, the Blink SR electric skateboard is a stylish cruiser offering a good compromise between performance and light weight (5 kg).
Made of maple wood and aluminum , the Blink SR is capable of carrying a maximum weight of 100 kg with its unique 600W brushless motor reaching the maximum speed of 25 km/h (the maximum legal speed for riding in the city) .
Its big brother, the Acton Blink S2 electric skateboard, and its dual 500W brushless motor is slightly faster ( 28 km/h ) and offers an additional 10 km of autonomy to reach a total of 22 km against 12 for the Blink SR. Facing slopes of up to 20% will not be a problem on your route either.
Acton Blink Qu4tro, the four-wheel drive electric skateboard
As its name suggests, the Blink Qu4tro is the very first 4WD electric skateboard on the market. Totally unique in having 4 brushless motors of 500W on each wheel, this electric longboard is the brand's top-of-the-range model.
This combination of power (2000W) allows the Blink Qu4tro to reach a top speed of 37 km/h controlled at your fingertips using a bluetooth remote control to be able to climb slopes of 30%.
Composed of an aluminum alloy and carbon fiber , the 4WD longboard is very lively and responsive for use that does not distort the sensations of skateboarding. But if it is fast, the Acton Blink Qu4tro is also enduring by bringing you up to 35 km of autonomy for ever longer rides.
